Water has many qualities, and it gives us life, it makes us complete, so much that to be deprived of it we would surely perish. It heals, it nourishes, it aides in sustaining the earth and its inhabitants. 97 percent of the Earth’s water can be found in our oceans. Although interchanged within context and within a geographical location, the sea, and ocean holds 60 percent composite of who we are so it’s no wonder so many feel at one when near a body of water.

When the word, “Healing” comes to mind people think of eradicating an aliment or sickness. Healing may also have calming and relieving affects that bring on the onset to be completely healed in some cause but hands down is very therapeutic in aiding to relaxation. There have been countless testimonies (and you too can do your own) that listening to the sea alone can release stress – the number one culprit besides a faulty diet that is the cause of many sicknesses and diseases today.
If you begin with the properties within the elements of the sea is high in minerals including sodium, chloride, sulphate, magnesium and calcium, and because of this it’s highly useful for conditions such as psoriasis. and has been found to sooth eczema and other minor topical irritations of the skin. And it’s not just and only to to just being in the sea, there have been plenty of studies supporting sinus aliments and other allergy related occurrences decreased tremendously due to the air along the sea or ocean front.
